Packing Services

Packing is the move - the part that takes owners three weeks and pros one day. Hand it to us entirely, or just the kitchen you're dreading.

Packing options

  • Full packing - every drawer, cabinet and closet, professionally boxed and labeled
  • Partial packing - kitchens, china, art and the delicate stuff; you do the sweatshirts
  • Unpacking at the destination - boxes emptied, paper hauled away
  • Quality materials - real boxes, real paper, dish cells for the breakables
  • Wardrobe boxes on move day - clothes travel hanging
  • Crating for art, mirrors and the truly precious

Why pro packing survives the truck

A professional pack is engineering: heavy at the bottom, weight-rated boxes, full paper wrap, no voids to shift, labels that say the room and the priority. Amateur packing fails at the tape line and it fails in bounce - what we pack is what arrives whole, and our claim rates prove it.

Every packed box is labeled by room and content, so unloading is a routing exercise and week one in the new place isn't archaeology.

Common questions

How long does packing take?

A crew packs a typical house in a day - usually the day before the move. Owners doing it themselves: honestly budget two to three weeks of evenings.

Is packed-by-owner insured the same?

Coverage on self-packed box contents is limited industry-wide - another honest argument for letting us pack the breakables at minimum.

Do you bring materials for DIY packers?

Yes - proper boxes and paper delivered at fair prices, with free advice thrown in.
